There are hundreds of severly ill UT prisoners in all the jails in Bangladesh. If the thieves and thugs could be freed on the plea of treatment then why not the other genuinely ill UT prisoners be given the same right. This is an appeal to the CTG please act prudently and impartially and not the basis of weight of political backing. If it is so this will turn to violation of HR for general people.
