প্রধান উপদেষ্টার ভাষণে দেশবাসী উদ্বিগ্ন

প্রধান উপদেষ্টা ফখরুদ্দীন আহমদের গত সোমবারের বেতার ভাষণ সত্যিকারের অর্থেই ছিলো ‘পর্বতের মূষিক প্রসব’। একাধিক উপদেষ্টা ক’দিন আগে থাকতেই ইঙ্গিতে বলে আসছিলেন যে, এই বহু প্রতীক্ষিত ভাষণে দেশবাসী তাদের সকল জিজ্ঞাসার জবাব পেয়ে যাবেন। কার্যক্ষেত্রে সকলকেই হতাশ হতে হয়েছে। দেশের মানুষের জীবন-মরণের প্রশ্নগুলোর কোনোটারই জবাব তিনি দেননি। অনেকগুলো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রসঙ্গ তিনি এড়িয়ে গেছেন। যে দুটো-একটা প্রশ্নের জবাব তিনি দিয়েছেন তাতে আশ্বস্ত হবার এবং উৎসাহিতবোধ করার পরিবর্তে বরং মানুষের আশঙ্কা বেড়ে গেছে, তত্ত্বাবধায়ক সরকারের মতলব সম্বন্ধে জাতির মনে গভীর সন্দেহ সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। কি ছিলো মানুষের প্রত্যাশা? সাধারণ মানুষ জানতে চেয়েছিলো কবে চালের দাম, রান্নার তেলের দাম সরকার ক্রয়সীমার মধ্যে আনবে। যে সোয়া দুই কোটি মানুষ এ সরকারের আমলে বেকার হয়েছে তাদের কর্মসংস্থানের, রুটি-রুজির ব্যবস্থা সরকার কবে করবে। এ সরকারের আমলে বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহের অবনতির প্রতিকারের জন্যে সরকার কি ব্যবস্থা নিচ্ছে। ব্যবসায়ীরা জানতে চেয়েছিলেন অবাধ ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্যের পথ সরকার কবে সুগম করবে, সেনা à¦" আধাসামরিক বাহিনীকে দিয়ে মুদির দোকান চালানো কবে বন্ধ হবে। ড. ফখরুদ্দীন তার ভাষণে এ বিষয়গুলো সম্পূর্ণ এড়িয়ে গেছেন। তাতে জাতির মনে এ ধারণাই বদ্ধমূল হয়েছে যে, এ সমস্যাগুলো সমাধান কিভাবে করতে হবে সে সম্বন্ধে কোনো ধারণাই নেই এ সরকারের। সরকার অর্থনীতিকে বন্ধ্যা করে রেখেছে, গভীর গর্তে ঠেলে ফেলেছে। দেশ চলছে প্রবাসীদের রেমিটেন্সের à¦"পর নির্ভর করে। সরকার নিজেà¦" গর্ব করে বলেছে এক বছরে প্রবাসীরা সাত বিলিয়ন (৭০০ কোটি) ডলার বিদেশী মুদ্রা পাঠিয়েছেন দেশে। প্রধান উপদেষ্টা অন্তত বৃটেনে প্রবাসীদের ভোটাধিকার দেবার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছিলেন, দু জন নির্বাচন কমিশনার গত বছর এ লক্ষ্যে লন্ডনে এসে কয়েক দিন বেড়িয়ে এবং হয়তো কেনাকাটা করে দেশে ফিরে গেছেন। এখন দেখা যাচ্ছে সে সবই ছিলো লোক দেখানো এবং প্রবাসীদের চোখ ঠারার ছল মাত্র। প্রবাসীরা আশা করেছিলো এ ব্যাপারে প্রধান উপদেষ্টা সুনির্দিষ্ট ঘোষণা দেবেন। কিন্তু তিনি তার ধারেকাছেà¦" ঘেঁসেননি। এদিকে হেনস্থা আর নির্যাতনের ভয়ে প্রবাসীরা জিয়া আন্তর্জাতিক বিমান বন্দরে নামতে ইতস্তত করে। সশস্ত্র বাহিনীগুলোর লোকেরা যেভাবে পিটিয়ে ব্যারিস্টার রেজà¦"য়ানকে আধমরা করে ছেড়ে দিয়েছিলো সেটা একটা দৃষ্টান্ত মাত্র। রাজনীতিক-অরাজনীতিক দেশের সকল মানুষ মনে করে দেশে কৃত্রিমভাবে একটা কুশাসক স্বৈরতন্ত্র চাপিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে যার অবসানের জন্যে যথাসত্বর সংসদ নির্বাচন এবং সম্পূর্ণ সেনা নিয়ন্ত্রণমুক্ত গণতান্ত্রিক সরকার অপরিহার্য হয়ে পড়েছে। জরুরি আইনে বিচারের নামে প্রধান দুটি দলের নেত্রী খালেদা জিয়া এবং শেখ হাসিনাকে এবং সে সঙ্গে প্রথম সারির আরো অনেক নেতাকে জেলে পুরে রেখে আর জরুরি আইন বজায় রেখে রাজনীতিকে একটা বিষ-বাষ্পপূর্ণ বন্দিশালায় কয়েদ রাখা হয়েছে। গ্রেফতার রাজনৈতিক উদ্দেশ্যে : দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশনের চেয়ারম্যান লেঃ জেঃ হাসান মশহুদ চৌধুরীà¦" বলেছেন যে, নেত্রীদ্বয়কে দুদকের নির্দেশে গ্রেফতার করা হয়নি। তিনি আরো বলেছেন, দুর্নীতির অভিযোগে কাউকে গ্রেফতার করা সব সময় প্রয়োজনীয় নয়। অর্থাৎ সরকার রাজনৈতিক উদ্দেশ্যে সম্পূর্ণ অপ্রয়োজনীয়ভাবে খালেদা জিয়া, শেখ হাসিনা à¦" অন্য বহু নেতাকে কয়েদ করে রেখেছে। জাতি আশা করেছিলো যে খালেদা জিয়া à¦" শেখ হাসিনাকে মুক্তি দিয়ে এবং অবিলম্বে জরুরি অবস্থা তুলে নিয়ে সরকার রাজনীতিতে স্বচ্ছতা à¦" মুক্ত পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করবে এবং প্রধান উপদেষ্টা তার বেতার ভাষণে সে সিদ্ধান্তের ঘোষণা দেবেন। নির্বাচন কমিশন স¤প্রতি বলেছে যে, জুন মাসের মধ্যেই ভোটার তালিকা তৈরির কাজ শেষ হবে। এতকাল নির্বাচন ঠেকিয়ে রাখা হয়েছিলো ভোটার তালিকার দোহাই দিয়ে এবং ভোটার তালিকাà¦" বিলম্বিত হচ্ছিলো ফটো সংযোগ এবং জাতীয় আইডি কার্ডকে লেজুড় হিসেবে ভোটার তালিকার সঙ্গে জুড়ে দিয়ে। সে তালিকা যখন জুন মাসেই তৈরি হয়ে যাবে তখন আগস্ট কিংবা সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে নির্বাচন হবে বলে প্রধান উপদেষ্টার কাছ থেকে তারা ঘোষণা আশা করেছিলো। প্রধান উপদেষ্টা খালেদা জিয়া à¦" শেখ হাসিনাকে মুক্তিদান সম্বন্ধে কোনো কথা বলেননি। এদিকে দেশজোড়া রাজনৈতিক কর্মী à¦" সাধারণ মানুষ নেত্রীদের মুক্তি আদায় করার জন্যে আন্দোলন করতে উসখুস করছে। বিএনপি à¦" আà¦"য়ামী লীগের কেন্দ্রীয় নেতৃত্ব এখনো ফ্রন্ট সংস্থাগুলো এবং তৃণমূল পর্যায়ের কর্মীদের শান্ত রাখছেন। কিন্তু তারা যদি আন্দোলনের, বিশেষ করে যৌথ কিংবা সমান্তরাল আন্দোলনের অনুমতি দেন তাহলে কি অবস্থা সৃষ্টি হতে পারে ১৯৯০ সালে লেঃ জেঃ হুসাইন মুহম্মদ এরশাদ সেটা টের পেয়েছিলেন। আরো গড়িমসি : নির্বাচন নিয়ে গড়িমসিতে দেশের মানুষ তো বটেই, যে বিদেশী শক্তিগুলো এ সরকারকে গদিতে বসিয়েছিলো তারাà¦" সন্দিগ্ধ হয়ে উঠেছিলো। সে জন্যেই বিশেষ করে গত অক্টোবর থেকে মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্র, বৃটেন, ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন এবং অন্যান্য দাতা দেশ à¦" সংস্থাগুলো নির্বাচন ত্বরান্বিত করার জন্যে নানাভাবে তত্ত্বাবধায়ক সরকারের à¦"পর চাপ দিয়ে আসছে। তাদের সমালোচনা শান্ত করার জন্যে সরকার এক বছর আগে একটা ‘সড়ক মানচিত্র’ ঘোষণা করেছিলো, বলেছিলো যে ২০০৮ সালের ডিসেম্বর মাসের মধ্যে এবং সম্ভব হলে তারো আগে নির্বাচন দেবে। প্রধান উপদেষ্টা তার আলোচ্য ভাষণে বলেছেন যে, নির্বাচন হবে ডিসেম্বর মাসের তৃতীয় সপ্তাহে এবং এ ঘোষণায় দেশের মানুষ খুশি হবে বলে তিনি আত্মপ্রতারণা করেছেন। এ কথা শিশুতেà¦" বোঝে যে, ‘ডিসেম্বরের মধ্যে’ বলার অর্থ এই নয় যে সে নির্বাচন ডিসেম্বরের আগে করা যাবে না, অথবা নির্বাচনকে ডিসেম্বরের একেবারে শেষের মাথায় ঠেলে ফেলতে হবে। নির্বাচনের ব্যাপারে সরকারের উদ্দেশ্যে যে সততা নেই সেটা এখানে পরিষ্কার হয়ে যাচ্ছে। এমনà¦" হতে পারে যে কোনো রকম প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ কিংবা মানব-সৃষ্ট সমস্যা দেখা দিলে, অথবা অন্য কোনো ছলছুতো দেখিয়ে নির্বাচন বাতিল করার কিংবা আগামী বছর পর্যন্ত পিছিয়ে দেবার সম্ভাবনা সরকার বাদ দিচ্ছে না। একশ’ তেত্রিশটি নির্বাচনী এলাকার সীমানা পরিবর্তন এবং উপজেলা, জেলা à¦" পৌরসভা নির্বাচনগুলো সাধারণ নির্বাচনের আগে এগিয়ে আনার ভেতর সাধারণ নির্বাচন ডিসেম্বর মাসেà¦" না করার অছিলা লুকিয়ে থাকতে পারে। সীমানা পরিবর্তনের বিরুদ্ধে ইতিমধ্যেই হাইকোর্টে মামলা হয়েছে। আরো বহু মামলা হà¦"য়া খুবই সম্ভব। হাইকোর্ট কখন এ ব্যাপারে রায় দেবেন কে জানে? তারপর বাদী পক্ষ কিংবা সরকার পক্ষ সে রায়ের বিরুদ্ধে আপিল করতে পারে। আপিলের ফয়সালায় যে যুগ যুগ পর্যন্তà¦" সময় লাগতে পারে সে কথা বাংলাদেশের মানুষ জানে। তাতে কি নির্বাচন পিছিয়ে যাবার আশঙ্কা নেই? স্থানীয় নির্বাচনগুলো নিয়েà¦" বহু আইনী চ্যালেঞ্জের অবকাশ আছে। নির্বাচন কমিশন থেকে কিস্তিতে কিস্তিতে নানা ‘উর্বর ধারণা’ শোনা যাচ্ছে। বলা হয়েছিলো যে প্রার্থীরা দলীয় ভিত্তিতে এসব নির্বাচনে অংশ নিতে পারবেন না। অতি স¤প্রতি আবার শোনা গেছে যে কমিশন জেলা পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যানদের নির্বাচিত করার পরিবর্তে মনোনীত করার পক্ষপাতী। এ, বিষয়গুলো নিয়ে চ্যালেঞ্জ হতে পারে। অর্থাৎ ধাপে ধাপে নির্বাচন বিলম্বিত করার উপকরণ স্থানীয় সরকার নির্বাচনের প্রক্রিয়ার মধ্যে গেড়ে রেখেছে নির্বাচন কমিশন। তাছাড়া শেষ মুহূর্তে সংসদ নির্বাচনের বেলাতেà¦" যে কমিশনের কাছে থেকে অনুরূপ উর্বর প্রস্তাব উঠবে না কে বলতে পারে? সংবিধান বর্জনের চক্রান্ত? প্রধান উপদেষ্টা বলেছেন যে রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোর সঙ্গে সরকারের সংলাপ শুরু হবে ২২ মে থেকে। এখানেà¦" উদ্দেশ্য শুভ à¦" স্বচ্ছ বলে মনে হয় না। ষড়যন্ত্রমূলক পন্থায় বিএনপির দলছুট কয়েকজন নেতাকে সংলাপের আমন্ত্রণ জানিয়ে নির্বাচন কমিশন গত নবেম্বরে যে অচলাবস্থা সৃষ্টি করেছিলো তাতে সংলাপ প্রক্রিয়া সাত মাস পিছিয়ে গেছে। এই দলছুট অংশের চেয়ারম্যান সাইফুর রহমান গত ৭ মে সিঙ্গাপুর যাবার আগে সাংবাদিকদের বলেছেন, ২৯ অক্টোবর রাতের বৈঠকের সিদ্ধান্তগুলো এখন আর কার্যকর নয়। অর্থাৎ তিনি কার্যত স্বীকার করে নিলেন যে, সরকারপন্থী দলছুট অংশটির অস্তিত্ব বিলুপ্ত হয়েছে। তাছাড়া সাইফুর রহমান এবং এ অংশের অন্য এক নেতা মান্নান ভূঁইয়ার বিরুদ্ধে গ্যাটকো মামলায় গ্রেফতারি পরোয়ানা জারি করা এবং তাদের ফেরারি ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। তা সত্বেà¦" সংলাপের জন্যে বিএনপির মূলধারার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে এই দলছুট অংশটিকেà¦" আমন্ত্রণ জানানো হয়েছে। এর মধ্যেà¦" একটা বিতর্ক এবং বিভেদ সৃষ্টির চক্রান্ত থাকতে পারে। প্রধান উপদেষ্টার ভাষণে সবচাইতে বেশি উদ্বেগ à¦" আশঙ্কা সৃষ্টি হয়েছে আপাত দৃষ্টিতে নির্দোষ একটা উক্তিতে। তিনি বার বার করে (সংলাপে) মতৈক্যের কথা বলেছেন এবং বলেছেন যে, নির্বাচন সংলাপ প্রক্রিয়ায় মতৈক্যের ভিত্তিতে একটা ‘জাতীয় সনদ’ রচনার à¦"পর নির্ভরশীল। বাংলাদেশী জাতি এবং সারা বিশ্ব জানে যে, বাংলাদেশের একটা জাতীয় সনদ রচিত হয়েছে ১৯৭২ সালে। সে সনদ তার রাষ্ট্রীয় সংবিধান। অবস্থার এবং সময়ের প্রয়োজনে সে সংবিধানের কিছু কিছু সংশোধন ইত্যাদি হয়েছে বিভিন্ন সময়ে। কিন্তু সে সংবিধান মূলত অটুট আছে এবং জাতি সেটাকে পবিত্র বিবেচনা করে। বর্তমান সরকার শপথ নিয়েছিলো সংবিধানের ৫৮গ ধারা অনুযায়ী এবং সে ধারায় ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে সংসদ নির্বাচন অনুষ্ঠানের নির্দেশ এ সরকারকে দেয়া হয়েছিলো। সে নির্বাচন যথাসময়ে হয়নি, অর্থাৎ এ সরকার সংবিধান অমান্য à¦" লংঘণ করেছে। তারপর থেকে এ সরকারের বহু কাজ à¦" বহু সিদ্ধান্ত সংবিধানের বরখেলাপ অথবা সংবিধান লংঘন বলে বিশেষজ্ঞরা রায় দিয়েছেন। এখানেই শেষ নয়। বিশেষ বিশেষ মহল থেকে বিভিন্ন সময় সংবিধানের পরিবর্তন, এমনকি সংবিধান বাতিল করার প্রস্তাবà¦" শোনা গেছে। সেনাপ্রধান এক বছর আগেই রাষ্ট্রপতি à¦" প্রধানমন্ত্রীর মধ্যে ক্ষমতা ভাগাভাগির কথা বলেছিলেন। ক্যান্টনমেন্ট-সংশ্লিষ্ট মহলগুলো থেকে তুরস্কের অনুকরণে নতুন সংবিধান তৈরির কথাà¦" উঠেছিলো। তারপর থেকে সক্রিয়ভাবে এমন একটা ন্যাশনাল সিকিউরিটি কাউন্সিল গঠনের তৎপরতা লক্ষ্য করা গেছে, যে কাউন্সিল গঠিত হলে নির্বাচিত সরকার সশস্ত্র বাহিনীগুলোর নির্দেশে পরিচালিত হতে বাধ্য হবে। প্রধান উপদেষ্টা তার ভাষণে আবারো প্রধানমন্ত্রী à¦" রাষ্ট্রপতির মধ্যে ক্ষমতা ভাগাভাগির প্রসঙ্গ তুলেছেন। একই ভাষণে তিনি তাৎপর্যপূর্ণভাবে ‘জাতীয় সনদ’ রচনার কথাà¦" বলেছেন। দেশের চিন্তাশীল মহল সে জন্যেই বিশেষভাবে উদ্বিগ্ন। সংসদ ১৯৭২ সালে সর্বসম্মতভাবে সংবিধান অনুমোদন করেছিলো। জাতি আন্তরিকভাবে সে সংবিধান গ্রহণ করেছে। সে সংবিধানের পরিবর্তে জনকয়েক অনির্বাচিত à¦" অগণতান্ত্রিক ব্যক্তির চাপে তৈরি নতুন একটা ‘জাতীয় সনদ’ জাতি কিছুতেই গ্রহণ করবে না। তেমন সনদ তৈরির কাজে কোনো রাজনীতিক ‘কোলাবোরেট’ করলে তিনি একাত্তরের ঘাতক-দালালদের মতোই জাতির হৃদয়ে ধিকৃত হয়ে থাকবেন। লেখক পরিচিতি : একুশে পদক বিজয়ী বিবিসি খ্যাত প্রবীণ সাংবাদিক

Both of you are very much correct in identifying the main issue that is haunting the poor Bangladesh for last 37 years  " UNITY".

The call of the day is the "UNITY" . It appears that the nation has lost its sense of direction as well as goal as set by the Ocean of Blood of the Martyrs.

We have not only deviated from that path rather we have treacherously side tracked and side lined the original aim of the "Mohan Mukti Judhdha" and trapped it into one
party's property.

The most coveted unity has been shattered and that divided the country into many segments and mainly into the  the so-called "Chetona" and anti "Chetona" . In fact those who thronged in the  fold of Chetona  are none but pro indi  quislings and RAW implanted agents in Bangladesh with "Sudur Proshari noksha " to undo the stability of Bangladesh and make  it a "Korod Rajjya"of indi.

The rulers from day one have made people fools to make them believe that it was only they have the eternal right to rule "Bongsho Poromporai" and by thus created a "jonjal Bad" named "MUJIB BAD". This so called "Bad" ferried by the characterless  Sharmeo jiibs as the only life saving drug for the Bangladesh  which has ingredients imported from their mentors India. Khondker Illyus(a chamcha writer) wrote a 1000(???) pages treatise explaining what is this bloody Mujib Bad is ?? Why it is termed bloody by then saner section of the populace since it caused many many thousands of litres of blood of youth spilled who opposed the useless "Bad" and the tyrannical ruler and thy family.

So, from day one none thought or took any action to unify the country to have a right sense of direction to go ahead instead willfully we are forced to have back steps. The succeeding governments after the obvious revolt in 1975 miserably failed to unify the country and the country remained divided rather fragmented into many more fractions. This disunity has caused serious set back for the budding nation and helped the detractors and enemies from within and outside to reap benefit.

One more important thing is that Bangladeshis by and large are very secular and polite in nature and they all through rejected any attempt to be ruled under any type of fanticism either it is religious or political ideology. The cessation from Fakistan and rejection of the religious fanatics of any religion. So, if we are successful in estabilishing democracy in truest sense of the meaning the fanatics will automatically vanish from the national arena.
Many more lines can be added on the haunted issue of the nation but we now need the most coveted unity. We now should think what was not done and what is to be done to bring the derailed nation back on the track.

To my opinion the following are the immediate action to be taken into consideration:

1. The first and foremost is that we must shun our politics of division in the name of so-called "Chetona and Razakar".
 
2. There must be respect and tolerance to the opposing views as practiced by democracy.
The real democracy preachers and practicers must keep in mind the sayings of President Jefferson of USA while opposing the opposing compeers he underscored that " I will shed my blood to uphold your views though I am not in agreement with the same". This is the real and decent democracy. But our ones is nothing but intolerant and bestial like.
  
3. To make full stop to "Bekti Puja" and ask the nation to bow down to anyone.

4. The nation does not owe to any one singly or family wise or party wise for it's independence. So, we have to conclude unanimously that 99% of the then(1971) population  were responsible either directly or indirectly for the "Shadhinota". The 1% Janwar razakar opposed it.

5.There has to be new and energetic leadership to run our show as we have been misled and misruled by both oldies dynastic and party politics resulting in the gory present situation that has gripped the whole nation.

6. Let us follow the example of other countries by allowing all segments to contribute to the nation building as like the Germans allowed the Nazis to be in the mainstream and work for reconstruction and for that reason they have not only recovered but within very short time became strongest economy of EU.

7. Time has not run out to try the Janwar Razakars and the war criminals as well their connivers with specific charges. Let all the power aspiring political parties to make a open promise to the people that if they are voted to power they will  initiate and finish the trial of the most hated janwars. This is very much required to help the nation to mend its fragments.

8. All political parties must get rid of their "Tainted"   leaders and leaders over 50 years and make place for the youth to steer the party and the politics. It is expected that the new and energetic leaders will be able to clean the "Janjal" left by the useless and criminal oldies.

9. The people at large must be vigilant about the "Chatukars and 0 small parties" Dalal(menon/inu/m.i.selim/borrua/n.islom/koraishi etc) who are the silent killers of democracy. No party should be allowed to remain a party unless it has acquired 10 - 15% of the popular vote and have less than 5 seats in the Sangshad.

I agree totally with the following para (high lighted) of Musfique as the "appropriate" one for the present day need of the nation.

Let us hope that good sense will prevail on the nation to choose it's dignified future to glow as a vibrant nation and help fly the  " LAL  SABUJ  PATAKA" with right dignity.

thank you for your excellent observation. You have touched the right nerve about the problem that exists. As you have rightly pointed out that, Bangladesh cannot afford to be ruled by either Islamic fanatics or ultra fundamentalist "seculars" ( read dada following Islamophoebics). Unfortunately it is the nationalists who are divided into many factions, whereas the "seculars" are strongly united. ( There are divission among hardliner Islamic parties too).
The practice of icon worshipping and family dynasty is the biggest chalenge to stablish any kind of unity among the nationalists. Two major nationalists parties ( BNP & JP) are orbitting around Khaleda Zia and H M Ershad, which have given them the power to act as autocrats
 
And thus diminishing any possibility for dynamic young leadrship to emerge in our politcal arena. Instead we observe the existance of a bunch of old, non charismatic, vissionless, non energetic plodders whose only duty is to continue the failed political practice of icon worshipping. 
Due to the event of 1/11, Bangladesh is facing the critical most time in her history. A strong and powerfull patriotic nationalist movement in all fronts,  can only secure the soveriegnity of Bangladesh and her citizens.

So what you are saying is, Computers, Radios, TVs, Refrigerators, Trains, Aeroplanes etc already existed. Scientists didn't invent them. They just discovered the machianism of all those things lying around, copied and replicated the process.
 
Thanks for letting me know and teaching me that us Moslims are only good to make babies, argue rest of our lives, keep creating new stupid Philosophies and keep re-inventing our religion.

You are telling me, Cloning is what already exists. What about Mobile Phones, TV, Computers, Refregerators, Air Conditions, Electric Generators, Cameras, Trains, Auto Mobiles etc?
Did they exist naturally also and we just found out about them because Science is just Knowledge, ... not research, not development, not trial & error, hard work, use of brain, ingenuis ideas, intuition etc?
Have we been developing all this by studying some religion?
Why can't we keep our religious belief separate from Science and Politics as our personal matter instead of imposing on others?

And Cloning is not creation of life. Because  it uses already developed cell and  replace the egg's  DNA by DNA of other cell.then the egg with new DNA is transfered into the womb of a mother. Scientist have not created any new environment , mechanism  for the development of the embro. They try to give natural enviroment as more as they can. When the can not, cloning fails. So this is in no way a creation.  mere exchange of DNA is not creation of life man...............
 
So Scientists  is not creating nothing new. They are just discovering(removing cover  of ) natural process)  and replicating natural process,not creating new.
 
Only scientist like you can say it creation of life.

Scienence is nothing  but human knowledge about something.  And human knowledge is always is erronous. Human knowldge  about human body is called Human biology or something like that.

While discussing "Science" I mean the entire enterprise of secular reason and knowledge (including history and philosophy), not just people who working in their white lab coats,

Charles Darwin and Alfred Russel Wallace showed how the complexity of life could arise from the physical process of natural selection among replicators, and then Watson and Crick showed how DNA replication itself could be understood in physical terms. Notwithstanding religious creationist propaganda, the evidence for evolution is overwhelming, including our DNA, the fossil record, the distribution of life on earth, and our own anatomy and physiology.

For many people the human soul feels like a divine spark within us. But neuroscience has shown that our intelligence and emotions consist of intricate patterns of activity in the trillions of connections in our brain thus creating the so-called divine spark. However, relabeling the brain activity with the word "soul" adds nothing to our understanding.

People used to think that biology could not explain why we have a conscience. But the human moral sense can be studied like any other mental faculty, such as thirst, color vision, or fear of heights. Evolutionary psychology and cognitive neuroscience are showing how our moral intuitions work, why they evolved, and how they are implemented within the brain.

This leaves morality itself—the benchmarks that allow us to criticize and improve our moral intuitions. It is true that neither science nor an Allah/God can show what is right or wrong. It's not just that the traditional Judeo-Christian God or Islamic Allah endorsed genocide, slavery, rape, and the death penalty for trivial insults. It's that morality cannot be grounded in a fictional divine decree, not even on mere abstract principle. Why did a fictional Allah/God arbitrarily deem some acts moral and others immoral? When even his existance is an illusion, we have no reason to trust such a divine whim, why should we take this fictional being's commandments seriously?

Those reasons are found in the nature of rationality as it is exercised by any intelligent human society. The essence of morality is the concept of reciprocity and the collectivity of humans being watchful of other's behaviour. The fact that as soon as I appeal to you to help me when I am in need, or not to hurt me for no reason, I have to be willing to apply the same standards to you. That is the only policy that is logically consistent and makes both of us as well as the society in geberal better off. And an Allah/God plays no role in it.

For all these reasons, it's no coincidence that European democracies have experienced three sweeping trends during the past few centuries: barbaric religious practices (such as slavery, sadistic criminal punishment, and the mistreatment of children) have decreased significantly; scientific and scholarly understanding has increased exponentially; and belief in an Allah/God has decreased. Science, in the broadest sense, is making belief in God obsolete, and we are the better for it.
