SAN-Feature Service : Senator Obama, the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party, finally announced his decision about the picking of the Vice presidential candidate in the wee hours of Saturday, August 23, 2008. The announcement came hardly two days before the commencement of Democratic convention to be held in Senator Joseph Biden who is popularly known amongst his friend as "Joe Biden" is known both for his short fuse and usual loquaciousness. An artful speaker, Joe Biden, has a propensity for making verbose speech. His friends in the Senate wished he would speak less because some of the words emanating from Biden's mouth have haunted the senator in the past.
