So finally Cat of moderate Islam is out! But again, I have to thank Zakir to expose right mindset of the common Muslims so that non-Muslims do not have any illusion about moderate Muslims who believe in their faith.
No doubt what Zakir is promoting is sanctioned by Quran-what we all know as Jihad. On an intellectual ground, surely every body has right to defend against the enemy. Hindu text Gita also strongly sanctions that. But I get nervous when I hear this word day in and day out--enemy of Islam!!!
Question is: what Islam?? 1.2 B Muslims have 1.2B Islam--you will never find two persons who believe in exact same version of religion. As much as most of the Muslims and Hindus love to believe they are Muslim and Hindus-truth is--in reality they follow their own biological religion for survival. Which is good-because otherwise there will be riots after riots because by definition one has chosen to follow a religion because they think their is the right path!
I have been deeply amazed by the fact that every person, irrespective or a Hindu or a Muslim knows very well that their first religion is the religion of survival of their family. They also know that before the instinct of survival, all of us are identical. But still they want to attach themselves with a identity of religion--- and the best identity they find by uniting against 'perceived' enemy of Islam!
Quran probably has 500 verses against Non-Muslims-mild & harsh. In that sense-all non-Muslims are enemy of Islam. Videos coming out of middle east and Europe speak for deep hatred of Muslims against non-Muslims identified as "enemy of Islam". America, India, Russia, China, Britain--all--all the countries are enemy of Islam !! All the countries that are not part of Islamic world are enemy of Islam!
Clearly, it is a serious crisis of identity to be identified with-because there is no rationality to be identified with a faith when nobody follows that faith but they only follow their biological instincts to survive. But this crisis of identity is becoming a crisis of humanity.

NUMEROLOGICAL CALCULATIONS (ABJAD) IN THE QUR'AN Every letter in the Arabic alphabet has a numerical (gematrical) value. In other words, in Arabic every letter stands for a number. A number of calculations can be made from this basis. These are referred to as numerological (abjad) calculations or "hisab al-jumal."239 Muslims who took advantage of the fact that every letter of the alphabet represents a number have used this in a number of fields. Ilm'ul Jafr is one of these. 
Jafr is the science of foretelling what is likely to happen in the future. One of the methods employed by people who engage in this is to compare symbolic forms and letters' numerological values. The main difference between "abjad" and "jafr" methods is that the former refers to what has already taken place and the latter to what is likely to take place in the future.240 This method of calculation is a form of writing which goes back several centuries and which was widely used before the revelation of the Qur'an. Everything which happened in Arab history was written down by attributing numerical values to letters thus the date of every event was recorded. These dates were obtained by adding up the particular numerical values of every letter employed. When certain verses of the Qur'an are examined in the light of the "abjad" method, we see that a number of dates emerge which are fully in accordance with the meanings of those verses. When we see that things referred to in these verses actually happened on the dates obtained by this method, we understand that there is a secret indication regarding those events in the verses. The Hour has drawn near and the moon has split. (Qur'an, 54:1) The Arabic word "inshaqqa" (split) used in the above verse is derived from the word "shaqqa," which can also be used to mean "causing something to rise, ploughing or digging the soil": 
 | We pour down plentiful water, then split the earth into furrows. Then We make grain grow in it, and grapes and herbs and olives and dates and luxuriant gardens and orchards and meadows.
(Qur'an, 80:25-31) | As we can see, the word "shaqqa" in the above verse is not being used in the sense of "dividing into two" but of "slicing through the soil, reaping various crops." When evaluated in this sense, the meaning of the word "shaqqa" in the expression "the moon has split" (Qur'an, 54:1) can also be seen to be referring to the 1969 moon landing and the studies performed on the moon land. (Allah knows best.) In fact, there is another very important indication here: Some of the "abjad" values of certain words in this verse in Surat al-Qamar also point to the figure 1969. One important point which needs to be stressed in this method of calculation is the likelihood of producing very large or irrelevant numbers. Despite the probability of a relevant number emerging being exceedingly small, it is striking that such a clear figure should result. The Hour [has drawn near] and the moon has split. 
Hijri: 1390, Gregorian: 1969 In 1969, American astronauts carried out research on the Moon, dug the soil up with various pieces of equipment, split it and carried specimens back to Earth. We must, however, make it clear that the splitting of the Moon is of course one of the miracles given to our Prophet (saas) by Allah. This miracle is revealed thus in a hadith: The people of Mecca asked Allah's Apostle to show them a miracle. So he showed them the moon split in two halves between which they saw the Hiram' mountain. (Sahih Bukhari) The above miracle is the splitting of the Moon revealed in the verse. However, since the Qur'an is a Book that addresses all times, one may think of this verse as referring to the exploration of the Moon in our own day. (Allah knows best.)
