We are very disappointed to learn that The High Court's advice for seeking justice to the almighty Allah as the Appellate Division barred the High Court from hearing any bail petitions under the Emergency Powers Rules.If the Supreme Court fails to take the route of conciliation rather than confrontation with the High Court, it will be leading the nation to nowhere as envisaged by the judges. If the apex court fails to do so, then the long expected independent judicial system to tied hands of judges could be transformed into a roadmap to wilderness. We can only protect our liberties in this world by protecting the other human's freedom. We can only be free if judges are free from fear or favour. Gopal Sengupta Canada
