George Bush is the last person who should be giving us lectures about how to deal with foreign threats. After all, it was his cowboy diplomacy that made a mess of Iraq and depleted our national resources just when we needed them here at home.
But the Republicans are on the brink of losing the White House and their power in the Senate, and this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to their outrageous smear campaigns.
