Re: [vinnomot] No bail

Friends

If we are honest then we all agree that since day of the natin the hudiciary was undr strict control of the Executive and was stampeded all through. So, complain. Neither BAL or BNP gave a breathing scope freely as they used it for the parties benefit.
We have tseen the upholder and proponenets of dignity of judicial system turn hostile and savagely "Bhang Chur" and vomit "Osllil(abusuve) slogan against the CJ when a verdict went against their netri. Thsi was led by the most learned and revered Borristres( ) rkokun oddin and gong.

No use shedding crocodile tears(it is applicalble far everyone of us). If we sincerely believe that we can come ou of  vicious clutch of the Party alignment
then let us specially the learned legal Practitioners pave the way to set the stage  for the justice to reign supreme else we will remain in the same "Timir as we were".

I disgree with the proposal of bringing UN into our internal affair as we all know that UN has lost it's own entity and character not to talk about dignity. The papishththa UN cannot tame the small nation even passing several dozens of unaimous resolution against Israel. But on the other hand its passed two or three resolutions against Iraq on concocted fake storties and allowed the axis of evil to pound tons and tons of bombs and killed 4-5 millions people till date. Moreover, they could not raise their finger at beasts Israelis brutality for last 50 years over the ME.
So, Sir how this concubine, imbecile block headed UN can do in our case.

It is our problem and let us solved it and we do not need to internationlize it to undermine countries image. About HR situation in Bangladesh was althrough precarious. This aggravated during the BAL's misrule thru Rakhkhi Bahini, kamal Bahini,Lal Bahino and in BNP by it's omgo songhoton and the Prince's and the ministers and the great luichcha put the last nail in the coffinn of HR by legalizng all ot's illegal acts and agin with helpof BAL.

So, first I think that we should make our hands clear of any dirt causing pain to nation and then allow the erudite(not dalal gwan papais) people to throng in house to decide and help the judicial system to usher into an era of real freedom not like "Kazir goru Kitabe achey Goaley nei"

No bail
Sir,
It is very heart breaking news that the Supreme Court has ruled against granting bail in cases of those detained under Emergency Powers Rules. According to the amended EPR, an accused in such a case does not have the right to file a bail petition during investigation or trial of the case. Moreover, the accused is not allowed to seek redress from ‘any higher court against any order given by any court or tribunal before or during the trial - until the delivery of the final verdict. There is a fresh call for justice now â€" it should not be politicised into a witch hunt of particular individuals but should be used as an impartial and transparent opportunity to seek truth, justice and reparations for the victims, and to heal the wounds in the national psyche. Perhaps we should seek advice and assistance from the UN to open an independent commission of enquiry. That will be a visible symbol of a new commitment in Bangladesh to human rights and the rule of law. For the country’s future peace and prosperity, the highest court’s voices will need to be heard.
