Sub:- Do not breach of Constitution by registering Awami League and Leftiest parties Dear CEC, As per the Constitution of People's Republic of Bangladesh{Article 8(1) and (1Ka)}, Bangladesh Awami League along with all secularist parties must not get registration as political parties under revised RPO (representation of peoples order). Bangladesh Awami League (BAL) and other leftist parties have accepted 'Secularism and Communism' in their parties' own constution which was not recognized or even permitted by the Constitution. As an important public service commissioner, you should preclude everyone from practicing anti-constitutional activities by any means. Therefore, you are requested to deny Awami league and other communist parties not to register, and uphold our Constitution which we have achieved by sacrifcing ocean of blood.
