My understanding is that we should alllow the Madrassah student to take the asmission test like all other prospective students. If they fail to qualify after the test it's ok to deny those who failed to qualify, but if any madrassa student qualifies, he/she shouls be allowed to take admission at the Dhaka University.No discrimination should be allowed by the varsity authorities.
We know prominent stuents like late Dr. Alim Al-Rajhi came from Madrassah backgrownd. There are hundreds of successful student of DU who came from Madrasah backgrownd.Even if a Hafiz of Quran qualifies, he should be allwed to take admission.There are others who are home schooling should also be qualified to take the teast. Before allowing them to take the test, DU authorities cannot deny them to take the admission.
