The chief of a former caretaker government Justice Latifur Rahman, who took power in 2001, is delivering a speech in a function organized by the groups under Islami Chathra Shibir. He is well-known for his controversial role in the parliament election held in 2001. Now, he is showing his true color by sitting on a stage along with an accused killer of the fundamentalist student organization "Islami Chathra Shibir."
