Can you please answer the foloowing importan questions regarding war crime of the invading Pak Handar Force.

First Why India handed over all those 93,000 detanee soldiers to Pakistan instead of handing over the war criminals to Banglasdesh authorities for possible trial ?
Why during the surrender ceremony most senior Mukti Bahini official could not represent Bangladesh MuktiBahini ?
While ASM Abdur Rab challenged Sheikh Mujib that he cannot try a single war criminal of Pak Force, Why Sheikh could not do this much expeted trial ?

Who is responsible for freeing all criminal Pak Forces ?
