As far as I understand He brecame the "C" team leader who wa alligned with BAL(Bangladesh Awami League) There were two leaders after liberation who cooperated with Sheikh Mujib government after liberation one is B team Professor Mujaffar Ahmed and the other leader was C team leader Comrade Moni Singh. JSD leader ASM Abdur Rob used to say in slogan at that time:
