I had proposed Minimum Qualification to be a University Graduate but nobody listened. In Pakistan, Pres. Muisharraf listened and implemented it in 2002 Elections.
* I had proposed no 3rd term for any Prime Minister just like it is in USA. Nobody in Bangladesh cared but Pres. Musharraf listened and had implemented it.
* I had proposed, nobody with Criminal Record should be allowed to run a Public Office. Nobody cared in Bangladesh but Pres. Musharraf imposed it though its not being followed right and corrupt Paki Establishment keeps withdrawing Criminal Cases against Politicians to accommodate them.
* I had proposed dismissal of any Assembly Member, who acts like a Hoodlum inside the Assemby Building. Nobody cared in Bangladesh. Benazir Bhutto listening to me, had implemented it in 1994 in Pakistan. Since then, there have been no Murders, Injuries, throwing chairs or punches in any of Pak Assemblies though.
